Question 1

What does '100% Chicory-Free' mean?

Accepted Answer

Many commercial instant coffees blend cheap chicory root into their powder to add dark color and artificial thickness, which often causes bloating, acidity, and alters the true taste. Our instant coffee is 100% pure coffee, offering a smooth, authentic, and premium cafe-like taste with zero fillers.

Question 2

Where is your coffee sourced from?

Accepted Answer

Our coffee is crafted from premium beans sourced directly from the high-altitude, shade-grown estates of Coorg, Karnataka. This ensures a rich, bold flavor profile while supporting sustainable, traditional farming practices.

Question 3

What is the AM/PM Coffee Protocol?

Accepted Answer

The AM/PM Protocol is uniquely crafted for your daily routine. Our AM coffee features 100% Pure Arabica, delivering a perfectly smooth and balanced cup to gently start your morning. For later in the day, our PM coffee utilizes 100% Pure Robusta, providing a strong, bold caffeine kick when you need that extra surge of energy.

Question 4

How do I prepare this coffee? Do I need a filter?

Accepted Answer

No brewing equipment is needed! Since this is an instant coffee, simply add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the coffee powder to your cup, pour in hot water or milk, stir well, and enjoy a rich, perfect cup in seconds.

Question 5

How long does the coffee stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

While our coffee stays fresh for up to 12 months from the packing date, we recommend consuming it within 3 to 4 months for the absolute best experience. To maximize freshness, always store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.

Question 6

What makes wood-pressed oils different from regular oils?

Accepted Answer

Wood-pressed oils are extracted using traditional wooden presses (mara chekku) at room temperature. This preserves the natural nutrients, antioxidants, and flavors that are destroyed in high-heat industrial processing. They contain no chemical solvents.

Question 7

Are your oils chemical-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our products are 100% natural, unrefined, and chemical-free. We do not use any preservatives, artificial colors, or solvent extraction methods.

Question 8

How should I store wood-pressed oils?

Accepted Answer

Store our oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottles tightly closed and avoid storing them near heat sources like stoves. Refrigeration is not necessary but can help extend shelf life in very hot climates.

Question 9

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applies. We ship pan-India and typically deliver within 3-7 business days.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets through our secure PhonePe and Razorpay payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for a nominal ₹50 convenience fee.

Question 11

What is your return and refund policy?
